About these terms

These terms apply to Hedraios Coffee at https://hedraios.shop (“we,” “us” or “our”). These terms govern use of our store and purchases from us. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy also apply to orders. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Nothing in these terms limits nonwaivable consumer rights.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or authorization from someone who does. Provide accurate order, contact and payment information. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders.

Products and descriptions

Review the product, bag size, roast, grind and quantity before checkout. Coffee is an agricultural product, and reasonable natural variation can occur between batches. Tasting notes describe flavor characteristics and are not an ingredient list. Review the product's stated ingredients and safety information before purchasing or consuming it. These statements do not excuse defective goods or inaccurate product descriptions.

Prices, payments and orders

The currency, item prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Promotions apply only under their stated conditions. Prices may change for future purchases; changes will not alter an accepted order without your agreement.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for genuine stock issues, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or a material listing error, subject to applicable law. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, we will promptly refund it. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Shipping, changes and refunds

Processing and delivery information is described in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellations; availability depends on fulfillment status and applicable law. Remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered orders are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Carrier involvement does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.

Store content and third-party services

Our branding, original text and other store materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce our materials for commercial purposes without permission or another lawful basis.

The store may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply that Hedraios Coffee controls their content.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. We will correct material order errors in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory product guarantees or customer remedies.

Governing law and disputes

Your mandatory protections and rights under applicable law continue to apply. Please contact Support@Hedraios.now first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or using any available complaint process.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an existing order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
